Installed structural invisible grills across a 28th-floor balcony to provide high-tensile safety protection for a family with a toddler and pet cat.
- Challenge: Retaining the open sky view of Hyderabad financial district while securing the balcony ledge against high wind forces.
- Solution: Used 316-grade nylon-sleeved stainless steel wire cables anchored into concrete slabs using heavy structural brackets. Grid wire spacing was set to 3 inches.
- Result: Absolute child/pet safety with 99% view visibility. Completed within 6 hours.

Villa French Balcony Screen Integration
Fabricated and integrated accordion-pleated mosquito screens for large teak wood French doors leading to a private garden.
- Challenge: Finding an insect screen that wouldn't block access or spoil the premium wooden door aesthetics.
- Solution: Fabricated a double-side opening pleated mosquito screen. The aluminum profiles were powder-coated in a specialized dark-wood finish to blend with the teak frames.
- Result: Smooth accordion fold mechanism, complete integration with wood trim, and insect-free fresh airflow.

Fabricated sliding screens for 45 large UPVC sliding window frames in a tech-startup office space.
- Challenge: Heavy daily usage of screens by staff members, requiring durable metal parts and quick sliding tracks.
- Solution: Installed sliding screen frames containing heavy-gauge aluminum profiles and double-tensioned rust-proof SS 304 mesh wires with high-quality metal rollers.

Fitted openable mosquito panels alongside steel safety grills for 6 bedroom windows in a gated community.
- Challenge: Windows were fitted with handles that projected outward, blocking standard screen frames from closing flat.
- Solution: Created magnetic offset frames that gave a 1-inch clearance to the window handles, maintaining a neat, gap-free seal.
